Cancellation policy You will have access to reschedule your appointment through booking app up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you need to cancel your appointment within the 24 hour period, please contact the suite as soon as possible. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of your reserved service(s) with the credit on file. NO SHOW If you do not show up for your appointment your credit card on file will be charged for 100% of your services scheduled. LATENESS If you are going to be late for your appointment please text the suite number with your estimated time of arrival. Depending on your eta some or all of your services may need to be rescheduled and your credit card will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Please note, shorter services such as lip or chin wax are exceptions to the lateness policy as they are short services. ILLNESSES Coming to your appointment sick will not be tolerated. As a one women show I have an obligation to my clients to safe guard my health. If you come to your appointment sick you will be asked to reschedule, and your credit card on file will incur a 50% charge for the your scheduled services.
